Save As dialog prompts for each download
You can disable Chrome's Save As dialog following the steps:
  • Go to Chrome's Settings (chrome://settings)
  • Click Show advanced settings...
  • Clear the checkbox 'Ask where to save each file before downloading' under Downloads section
How to disable the notifications
See the tip.
Cannot open my file via the button in notifications
This is due to a bug in Chrome. It's already fixed in the latest release of Chrome's Dev channel, so you may switch to Dev channel or wait for next release of the Stable channel.
How to change download folder
Due to the restriction of Chrome's API, currently you cannot configure download folder inside the extension, you need to change Chrome's default download location and every downloaded file will go into that location. Do as follows:
  • Go to Chrome's Settings (chrome://settings)
  • Click Show advanced settings...
  • Change the Download location under Downloads section
How to stop Chrono from auto-starting
See the tip.
How to automatically open file after download completes
Currently this is not possible due to Chrome's security policy, it's likely that malicious extensions may do bad things by that.
How to download YouTube™ video
Chrome Web Store doesn't allow extensions downloading videos from YouTube, so we do not support this feature.
